In the spring of 2014,SHIFENG GROUP organized a seminar in JiangSu province,China.As usual,we invited local customers to attend.

Our professional engineers introduced the feature of our block machine,mold,splitting machine,shot blasting machine,palletizer,etc.At the same time, he also explained the strength knowledge of different blocks and bricks (the key points are listed below), and the customers listened with interest.The seminar ended in a happy atmosphere.

Notes:

C=Concrete

C30 means concrete with strength grade of 30MPa.

Compressive Strength (σ BC) refers to the strength limit when external force is applied.

p=P/A

p is the compressive strength, in PSI per square inch, in kilograms per square centimeter, P is the pressure, in pounds and kilograms, A is the section area, in centimeters per square inch.

Flexural strength refers to the ultimate breaking stress of a material under bending moment per unit area. Also known as bending strength, modulus of rupture.

fcf = 1.5FL / (bhh)

f -- flexural strength (Mpa);

F -- failure load under bending resistance (n);

L -- distance between two fulcrums (mm);

b -- section width of test piece (mm);

h -- section height of test piece (mm);
